Among the states in the United States, Texas has many cities and neighborhoods that have been ranked as the best cities to live in and the safest place to raise children. Statistics are based on factors such as a good economy, good school districts, parks and recreation and low crime rates. In fact, many Dallas neighborhoods are among the lowest crime rates in the nation making them very attractable for families raising children.
Safest Cities and Neighborhoods in Texas
Haslet, Dallas Fort Worth: With nearly half the homes in Haslet having children under the age of 18 living in them and a crime index of 92 (100 being the safest) Haslet is a wonderful community for young families.
